OUR PUPPY’S HEALTH AND CARE
Our puppies come with a clean bill of health. We have rigid protocals in vaccination and dewormings and plenty of outdoor access and quality air exchange to ensure ultimate care and health for each and every puppy in our care. Each puppy is handled and played with by adults and children alike and are well adjusted to friendship and fondling. Our puppy food called NUTRISOURCE is of superior quality and excellent for our puppy's nutritional needs. We give prenatal and postnatal vitamins to our expecting mothers and extra colostrum to their newborn pups. All our supplements are REVIVAL ANIMAL HEALTH products. Each puppy is health checked by a licensed veterinarian before being sold and are available after they are 8 1/2 weeks old. If we see our puppies are teacups, they may not be available until they are at least 12 weeks old. All of our puppies must be at least 2 lbs. before they are ready for their new home.
Our Health Guarantee

We guarantee the puppy to be void of congenital defects. If the puppy dies within 12 months of its birthdate from a suspected con genital defect, an autopsy must be performed at the Buyer's expense by a veterinarian to determine the cause of death. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason for death, the puppy will be replaced at no charge. A written statement from the licensed veterinarian must be provided with the seller's name. We do not guarantee any adult weights (only estimate), adult size, color, or eye color. Our puppies are sold as companions and cannot guarantee the breeding, hunting, or showing ability of any puppy.
Shipping Information
Currently, we are not shipping puppies. Since our puppies are small breeds and are subject to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) which can be life threatening, we do not cargo air ship. We strongly recommend the buyer pick the puppy up in person by making an appointment. We have already taken the puppy "halfway" to meet the buyer but only in our available timeframe and for an added fee. We will not deliver on Sunday (no exceptions). We will also meet the buyer if they want to "fly-in" to pick the puppy up (except Sundays) at the Central Wisconsin Airport (CWA) free of charge. However we will need full documentation of flight schedule in order to meet at the airport. If ground shipment is preferred with an animal transporter, it is the buyer's responsibility to schedule with their desired transporter and all costs incurred will be the buyer's responsibility. All vet fees associated with getting puppy ready for shipment will be buyer's responsibility. Buyer's information and animal transporter's information will be asked to verify reference to ensure puppy is being delivered to the correct buyer.
Return And Refund Policy
To preserve your rights, you must take your newly purchased dog to a licensed veterinarian for examination within 10 days of purchase. If a veterinarian determines, within 10 days of purchase, that your dog is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

Return the dog for a complete refund;

Return the dog for a replacement dog of equal value; OR
-
Return the dog and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price.
These options do not apply where a seller, who has provided a health certificate issued by a veterinarian, discloses in writing at the time of the sale the health problem for which the buyer later seeks to return the dog.
If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your dog has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animal’s health or that the dog died from a congenital or hereditary defect, you have the same options as outlined above.
Within 2 business days of a veterinarian’s certification of your dog’s illness, defect or death, you must notify the seller of the name, address and telephone number of the examining veterinarian. Failure to notify the seller within 2 business days will result in forfeiture of rights.
Refunds or reimbursements will be made no later than 14 days after the seller receives the veterinarian certificate. Veterinarian certification shall be presented to the sellers not later than 5 days after you receive it
